We partner with under-construction buildings by being involved in designing of façade access equipment from the design stage by following a methodical approach.

We carefully understand the requirements, carry out a survey and devise tailor-made solutions depending on the architecture and the budget.

The façades are maintained by deploying high-end electromechanical machines. The machines deployed for the process could be partly automatic to fully automated PLC based Building Maintenance Units or as excitingly called Roofcars.

A good part of our suggestions could be helpful in optimizing the cost of façade equipment.

We may have to look into the structural aspects of the façade and terrace, before recommending suitable systems.

We can design temporary access systems for façade installations. which could be used at the construction stage and later for lifetime cleaning and maintenance of facade..

Currently, you may be spending on rental scaffolds during installation. This expense can be converted into a permanent asset for the building, if we can design a system which can be put to use for installing façade and later for building maintenance.
