Consisting of an aluminum rail section that houses a manual or electrically powered traversing, Airdeck Monorail Systems help you reach areas that cannot be accessed manually. The Installation Procedure of Airdeck Monorail Systems:
1	Identify all areas that require monorail access and mark locations on architectural plans.
2	Examine building elevations, various atrium floor plans reflected ceiling plans or other drawings to identify any recesses or other unusual features.
3	Examine the details of building sections, to access construction of atrium structure parapet wall, soffit exterior wall, roof and overhanging floor areas or other building elements as necessary.
4	Examine roof or other type structural drawings for possible anchorage locations. Typically monorails steel support piers or similar devices are anchored to structural concrete walls or slab steel super structure or similar elements.
5	Determine where system entry and exit point are to be located, for e.g. at operable window hatch etc. Ensure that personnel achieve 100% fall protection at all times while accessing these areas.
6	We normally place monorail anchor points at 2000 mm to 3600 mm centers for the respective straight areas of monorail system selected. Arrange monorail or equipment to generally provide 610 mm distance between platform and face of glass or building.
7	Determine if rails are to be left exposed or concealed in soffit. Also, whether ceiling finish should be independent of monorail.
