| Climbing Monorail |
Climbing monorail trolleys are designed to traverse along a horizontal, inclined or vertical monorail. Such trolleys operate smoothly even on monorails with twists or curves. They are used to suspend a platform or single work platform. Climbing monorail trolleys are ideal for sloped interior atria while external applications include curved and sloped building facades.
|
| Trolley employs mechanically positive trolley drive system that travels along and up the rail. It incorporates an overspeed and secondary brake to prevent uncontrolled movement down an incline due to failure. Electric power to the trolleys is provided via bus bar system, located adjacent to the monorail operation. The electric power is supplied by pendant control operable from the platform. Cage or solo chair controls are constant pressure type, having forward, reverse & emergency stop buttons. |
